At George and Clara, we specialize in clothing, and we carefully review each return to ensure fair resolution for our customers.

For orders delivered within Canada, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Address: All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center. The return address will be provided after approval. Please note that return shipping may be international depending on the product origin.

At George and Clara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process under the following terms.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@georgeandclara.com
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you must follow the return procedure below.
2. Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
• Restocking Fee: George and Clara does not charge any restocking fees.
3. Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email support@georgeandclara.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. -
Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. -
Packaging:
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. -
Shipping the Return:
You are responsible for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases outlined in Section 5.
4. Refund Policy
• Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7Â business days to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
• Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@georgeandclara.com.
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
• Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
• Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and cover any associated return shipping costs.
• Returns for Canadian Orders:
We are a Netherlands-based company fulfilling orders to Canada. For Canadian orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable.
• Lost Packages:
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on how lost shipments are handled.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order through our website.
Returned items must be sent to our fulfillment center in China, to 2nd Floor, Caodaoxin Vegetable Market, Building 77, Choushan District 1, Beiyuan Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. Return shipping may be international.
